"I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Maria Feria’s State Farm office in Chino. Everyone there is super friendly and always provides amazing customer service. They take the time to explain things clearly and never make you feel rushed, which I really appreciate. Any time I have a question or need help, they’re quick to respond and make the whole process easy. I also want to give a big shoutout to Arez — she’s seriously awesome. She’s so helpful, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her work and the people she helps. Overall, this office is reliable, professional, and just a great place to work with. I highly recommend Maria Feria State Farm in Chino!"

"By far the worst experience I’ve had with an insurance agency. I was a customer for about a year, and during that time I experienced poor customer service—slow response times, agents and representatives who were NOT knowledgeable about insurance policies, and inconsistent answers to the same questions, which was extremely concerning. I also never spoke with Maria herself, which perhaps could have resolved the misinformation provided by the staff at her office. I highly, highly recommend that anyone seeking a quality insurance provider look elsewhere. Staying with State Farm is fine—but not this branch. The worst part of my experience was that I had requested changes to my policy both in writing and over the phone, and I was even told over the phone that the changes had been processed. However, the changes were still incorrect—which makes absolutely no sense, because I was extremely clear about what I needed. This could have created absolute chaos if I had gotten into an accident while believing I had coverage that, in reality, I did not. When changes were finally processed, the documents to match the changes were never uploaded to my State Farm profile, making it extremely confusing as to why my documents were not up to date. During the one year I was there, my rates went from $200 a month to an increase to $400 a month. When I asked for an explanation for the increase to $400 (after previously agreeing to a $285/month policy), a representative told me that they "...don’t actually guarantee any rate..." and couldn’t explain why my price went up when the changes for it to be at $285 were from a month and a half before - she just sent me my declarations page so I could figure it out myself! I have since switched to a new provider (who provides better coverage at a better price), and every time I mention the information this office gave me, they are baffled by the level of misinformation and poor professionalism provided."
